Terms of Service
Effective Date: November 25, 2025
Last Updated: November 25, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Notion Health Check, an independent tool created by an indie developer ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using our website or application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms include a disclaimer of warranties and a limitation of liability that govern your use of the Service.
2. Description of Service
Notion Health Check is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) tool designed to help Notion users audit their workspaces. The Service scans workspace metadata to identify potential issues such as "orphan" pages, duplicate content clusters, and stale pages, generating a "Health Score" and a detailed report.
2.1 Non-Affiliation with Notion
Our Service is an independent third-party integration. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Notion Labs, Inc. ("Notion").
2.2 Read-Only Nature
You acknowledge that the Service currently operates in a Read-Only capacity.
- We analyze the structure of your data to provide recommendations.
- We do not execute write operations (such as deleting pages, moving blocks, or modifying properties) within your Notion Workspace.
- Any action you take to "clean" or organize your workspace based on our reports is performed solely by you, within your own Notion interface.
3. Account Registration & Security
To use the Service, you must register for an account using a valid email address or through a supported third-party authentication provider (e.g., Google, GitHub).
- Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us promptly at
support@kunflow.comif you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Notion Integration & Permissions
To function, the Service requires access to your Notion Workspace via the Notion API (OAuth 2.0).
- Authorization: By connecting your Notion Workspace, you grant us permission to access specific metadata (such as page titles, IDs, and timestamps) necessary to generate the health report.
- Revocation: You may revoke our access at any time via the "Settings" menu in our Service or through Notion's "My Connections" settings. Upon revocation, the Service will no longer be able to update your reports.
5. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Specifically, you agree NOT to:
- Use the Service to scan workspaces you do not own or do not have permission to audit.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.
- Overload, flood, or spam the Service with excessive requests that could trigger API rate limits imposed by Notion or degrade performance for other users.
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Service.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Our IP
The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, code, "Health Score" algorithms, and design elements, is and will remain the exclusive property of Notion Health Check and its creator.
6.2 Your Data
We claim no intellectual property rights over the data in your Notion Workspace. You retain full ownership of your content.
7. Beta Services & Functionality
7.1 Beta Status
The Service is currently in a Beta / MVP (Minimum Viable Product) phase. This means:
- Features may change, break, or be removed with or without notice.
- The Service may experience interruptions or downtime.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing or introduce paid plans in the future (we will provide reasonable notice before charging you).
7.2 Feedback
We welcome your feedback. If you provide suggestions or bug reports, you grant us the right to use that feedback to improve the Service without any obligation to compensate you.
8. No Professional Advice
The reports, scores, and recommendations generated by the Service are for informational purposes only.
- Not a Human Consultant: The analysis is performed by automated algorithms based on metadata patterns. It does not replace human judgment.
- Decision Making: You are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy and usefulness of the information provided. For example, a page marked as "Stale" by our system might still contain critical historical data that you should not delete.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will meet your specific requirements.
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- The results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
- Any errors in the Service will be corrected.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer or service operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
- Any data loss or corruption in your Notion Workspace resulting from actions you take based on our recommendations;
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
In no event shall our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100.00) or the amount you paid us, if any, in the last twelve (12) months.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may discontinue using the Service or delete your account via the settings dashboard.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide reasonable notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
